Our services
Description
We welcome our guests’ families with an authentic mountain atmosphere and panoramic views of the Dolomites, a quiet and exclusive holiday experience in close contact with nature. In the wintertime, while the children attend ski school with the entertainment staff, mum and dad can head over to the nearby ski lifts. In the summertime, our facility is an excellent starting point for fun bike excursions in the Val di Fassa area with the whole family, as well as activities with animals, and easy child-friendly excursions, even with strollers or baby carriers.
Upon returning, the fun continues with games in the pool area in the company of new friends and the entertainment staff, before enjoying a delicious snack or taking part in the fantastic Nutella Party. And then it’s time for some creativity with the Art Attack, cooking classes, mini-show rehearsals, and face painting, followed by dinner with the entertainment staff. During the week, we also organise two special evening events: the Pirate Dinner and the Pizza Party! Before bedtime, the little ones can some fun with the baby dance party, the treasure hunt, and the Biscotti Party.
And we haven’t forgotten about the grown-ups either! While our nannies look after the little ones 1 to 3 years of age, and the entertainment staff occupy the children 3 to 12 years of age, the grown-ups can choose whether they want to take part in more active holiday experiences, or sit back and relax in the pool or enjoy some treatments at our 600 m2 Spa. And let’s not forget about the amazing culinary experience, with excellent quality cuisine featuring genuine flavours from the Val di Fassa area, complete with menu items designed for people of all ages!

We believe that entertainment, festivities, and friendship go hand in hand! Everything is designed for our guests’ children and the adults’ relaxation. In the wintertime, they can attend ski school together with the entertainment staff, while in the summertime outings are organised for the whole family: farm experiences, child-friendly excursions, even with strollers or baby carriers, and bike rides along the legendary Latemar Lake. In the afternoon, there’s group playtime at the pool, followed by an afternoon snack, creative workshops and dinner with the entertainment staff. The fun continues in the evening with baby dance parties, special shows, and parties with delicious treats! There’s even an exclusive Baby Spa day once a week, complete with children’s treatments. |
Baby Club
Play area for little ones 12 months up to 3 years of age, with Nanny service available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There’s also lots of fun to be had at lunchtime with our entertainment staff (lunch service is by reservation and entails an additional charge).
Mini Club
An extensive entertainment programme, with recreational activities and tournaments for all children 3 to 12 years of age every day on the playground from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., it’s time for everyone to enjoy a delicious snack! And the fun continues at dinner time with our special children’s menus, before cutting loose with the baby dance party. Guests certainly won’t want to miss out on our two special weekly dinners: the Pirates’ Dinner and the Pizza Party.

Hi kids! I’m Andy! The mascot here at the Hotel Andes! I’m a lively little bear, and I love skiing, hiking in the woods, and swimming in mountain lakes. I also have real sweet tooth, and my favourite part of the day is the afternoon snack right after playtime at the pool! I’ll be waiting for you so we can have fun playing together, while learning all the secrets of the mountains! |  |

Get ready to enjoy some authentic, high quality Trentino home cooking, ideal for people of all ages! The day begins with a breakfast that’s a real treat for the palate, complete with homemade bread and cakes, cured meats and cheeses, and a wide range of hot and cold beverages. Lunch and dinner are our way of introducing you to our local territory and traditions, with 3 tasty menus to choose from, all made with top quality ingredients. For little ones, we always have tasty menu items available, and we even prepare broths, baby foods, and purées for parents with weaning infants. We also organise a weekly themed evenings, with a Pirates’ Dinner and Pizza Party, where the children can have fun dining in the company of the entertainment staff. Sunday evening is dedicated to sampling local products, followed by the gourmet dinner on Tuesday, and the Ladin dinner on Thursday. Guests won’t want to miss out on our hearty breakfast on Monday, held in collaboration with our trusted butcher.
