That’s precisely what guests will find at the Family Hotel Serena, right in the heart of Andalo, where dreams come true for people of all ages!
Here, guests will find a fantastic world dedicated entirely to children: the Tana di Zuffolo. A true fantasy land, 200 m2 in size, where children can have lots of fun among the slides, nets, and colourful ball pits, together with and under the watchful eyes of our friendly entertainment staff. Not to mention Zuffolandia! Our fully-equipped 3,000 m2 park, where guests and their children can have lots of fun in close contact with nature! And our friendly babysitters are happy to look after our guests’ little ones 12 to 36 months of age at the Tana di Briky.
Here at the Family Hotel Serena, we have a splendid 31°C heated indoor swimming pool, as well as a 35 cm deep children’s pool, where little ones can familiarise themselves with the water in complete safety. The Carpe Diem wellness centre is reserved for mum and dad, and features a Turkish bath, a Finnish sauna, a Mediterranean bath, a hot tub, experience showers, and a relaxation area. At the Spa, guests will find an extensive menu of massages and treatments to choose from, complete with children‘s options, like natural peelings, children’s manicures, and gentle massages.
Our dining room is furnished entirely in wood, and offers the ideal alpine setting for our guests to enjoy our exquisite traditional Trentino entrées. For children, we have a super colourful restaurant dedicated entirely to them, where they can enjoy well-balanced dishes made from healthy and genuine ingredients in the company of our entertainment staff.
For those who prefer to remain active on holiday, we offer an extensive programme of excursions and experiences dedicated to exploring the surrounding area, like the excursion to the farms of Andalo or Lake Molveno, the tour of the stables in Fai della Paganella, or the "Plan de Sarnacil" sensory/educational pathway, with a picnic in Pian del Piof.

And now that we’ve finished with all the “boring” stuff… let’s get to the fun part! Here, the children are the guests of honour! That’s why we’ve dedicated two special areas entirely to them: the Tana di Briky (for little ones 12–36 months of age), and the Tana di Zuffolo (for kids 3–12 years of age). And then there’s our enormous 3,000 m2 Zuffolandia outdoor garden, where guests and their children can relax and have lots of fun in close contact with nature. |
Baby Club
Our friendly babysitters look after all our guests’ children 12 to 36 months of age Monday through Saturday, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the summer, and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the winter. The Tana di Briky is a magical place, where little ones can have lots of fun amid various padded play areas and baby-friendly toys!
Mini Club
The Mini Club age children have access to the Tana di Zuffolo. A 200 m2 indoor play room where kids can let their imaginations run free, and have all sorts of fun amid the slides, nets, ball pits, crafts, and games, all in complete safety, and under the watchful eyes of our friendly entertainment staff. Open to all young travellers 3 to 12 years of age, Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Hi Kids! I’m Zuffolo, the mascot here at the Hotel Serena! I’m an elf from the woods around Andalo, and I’m here to have lots of fun with you! Like all my elf friends, I know a fantastic secret and very mysterious legend about Lake Andalo: a karst lake that sometimes appears and disappears. We help our guests get their day started out on the right foot with our delicious breakfast, which consists of a wide range of traditional products, including sweet and savoury choices, and even a corner with organic options. At lunch and dinner, we offer our guests a selection of traditional Trentino entrées, which the Chef prepares fresh every day, mainly using local products. We prepare alternatives for guests with allergies, food intolerances, and special dietary needs. The mini-club age children can have lunch and dinner with the entertainment staff in our super colourful Kids Restaurant, and are served a delicious snack to restore their energy in the afternoon. |
