Our hotel is located directly along the trails, so you can go for a walk or a scenic outing without having to use your car, perhaps taking part in our rich nature and exploration programme, with a different theme every year, that we created specifically for families like yours. During your skiing holiday, you can get to the Merano 2000 ski area by taking our shuttle bus, so you can enjoy skiing and other winter sports without a care in the world.
At the hotel, you’ll find indoor heated swimming pools: a big panoramic pool, with underwater hydromassage beds, a children’s pool and a mini-pool where the littlest children can gain confidence in the water and play safely. We provide bathrobes for all the family free of charge.
After your outdoor activities, come and relax in the intimate and welcoming Gutenberg Sauna Oasis, featuring a steam sauna, a herbal sauna, a relaxation room and a panoramic outdoor Finnish sauna. You’ll find numerous massages and treatments to choose from, for both adults and children, like the baby massage, princess dreams, kids’ manicures, teenie facials, body peeling and foot massage for girls and boys.
By now, you will have realised: your children’s joy and fun are our prime goal and that’s why the world of children is the heart of hospitality at the Gutenberg! Little children can play in the two indoor rooms, have fun in the outdoor playground or participate in activities at the Mini Club and Kids Club every day. There is professional childcare for children from 1 to 12 years of age, with extensive and flexible hours, creative workshops, days in the woods, a children’s baking class, handicrafts, sports games and even a chance to meet ponies and horses. This means that you’ll finally have some free time for relaxing, reading, going for a walk or treating yourself to a break in the wellness area.
