Description
A serene landscape of green meadows, mountains, apple orchards, as far as the eye can see: here at the Das Mühlwald – Quality Time Family Resort, guests can enjoy a splendid South Tyrol family holiday experience in close contact with nature. Guests can take all the time they need rediscovering the beauty of the little things with their families, while we worry about their total well-being and entertaining their little ones.
We offer children 60 fantastic hours of weekly entertainment and activities, all organised by our friendly nannies and our mascot, Milli, and we even provide three days of dedicated childcare for infants. And there are certainly plenty of areas where children can burn off some energy and let their imaginations run wild, including our themed play area, complete with bobby cars for fun mini-races, and Milli’s Den, a 3-storey climbing tree, not to mention our lawn, sun deck, and outdoor toys, or our little farm, complete with hens, rabbits and sheep.
Here at the Das Mühlwald, our guests can enjoy our splendid heated infinity pool, which even includes a dedicated children’s area and a giant 12-metre wave-shaped slide, to make a huge splash! Other amenities include our adults-only Spa, where mum and dad can relax while their children have fun with our nannies, and our Milli’s Water World wellness area for the entire family, complete with foam and a Turkish bath.
And then there’s the culinary experience… We offer our guests fantastic traditional South Tyrolean entrées, all prepared using the very best local ingredients, as well as a delicious afternoon snack. Children can eat with the nannies, and even have their very own dedicated room with an evening children’s buffet starting at 6:30 p.m., while parents with weaning infants can take advantage of our kitchenette corner to prepare meals for their little ones, where they’ll find baby foods, biscuits, and even a microwave oven.
Our spacious rooms are all furnished in modern style, and are ideal for families. What’s more, in order to allow our guests to travel light, we also provide a changing table, kettle, bottle warmer, baby bath tub, baby carriers, and strollers (with a security deposit).

Together with our mascot, Milli, our team of friendly expert educators look after our guests’ children for 60 hours a week, offering lots of activities for everyone, including workshops, games, and entertainment! Other children’s amenities include a fantastic themed play area, complete with a bobby car track, and Milli’s Den, a 3-storey climbing tree. And then there’s Milli’s Water World, our super children’s Spa with lots of foam, children’s spa treatments, and a Turkish bath, as well as our heated swimming pool with a giant waterslide. And there are plenty outdoor areas where children can safely play and burn off energy as well! And, perhaps they’ll even want to take the opportunity to visit the animals at our small farm. |
Baby Club
Our babysitters look after our guests’ little ones three days a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Guests can also request our exclusive paid babysitting service, based on the entertainment staff’s availability.
Mini Club
For children over 2 years of age, our staff organise lots of fun entertainment activities at the Mills Club: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

With us, guests will enjoy one delicious treat after another! Every day, we serve up genuine South Tyrolean cuisine, with traditional recipes made from carefully selected ingredients, even organic and locally sourced. The day begins with an energising breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. consisting of a sweet and savoury buffet full of local delicacies, which can even be served directly at the table by our staff upon request. For lunch we offer our guests a fabulous buffet of dishes prepared show-cooking style, while dinner consists of a splendid buffet of vegetables and appetisers and a 5-course meal service, with a different menu every evening. Children can eat with the entertainment staff in a dedicated dining room, and we prepare fresh and healthy baby foods for our littlest guests. Guests and their children won’t want to miss out on the afternoon snack buffet, and soft drinks are also available until 5pm if they want to something to sip on during the day! |
