The Family Hotel Bergschlössl in Lüsen in the Eisack Valley is inspired by mountain legends and fairytales! This is the most authentic hotel in the whole of South Tyrol thanks to our location in a unique panoramic position. The common thread here is art in all its forms – the art of good food with which we pamper your family, art in the form of painting and music present in every corner of the hotel, with a rich programme of dedicated activities, the art of fun … because at the Family Hotel Bergschlössl, children’s fairytale dreams come true! Every day, the kids can experience knightly adventures together with our attentive Entertainment Team, just like princes and princesses in a castle, in the natural play area, in the courtyard, in the knights’ parlour, in the dungeon and moat of the castle as well as in the zoo with little animals to pamper.
Of course, there is no lack of the art of wellness, with which we take care of the parents through massages, treatments, wraps with natural products and fresh ingredients from the South Tyrolean mountains, the wellness pathways in the hot sauna, bio salt sauna, mountain pine sauna, bio thermarium on the terrace, steam bath, stream sauna and infrared sauna. And then there is the panoramic Jacuzzi on the terrace, with water heated to 32°–38 °C, overlooking the Sass Putia massif.
For the whole family, we have the Water World! There is the indoor pool, heated to 29°–32 °C, with waterfall and air bubbles, along with the panoramic natural stone pool in the wellness garden, heated to 23°–28 °C.
In the Eisack Valley, there is something to do all year round, be it walking and cycling tours (also suitable for children), exciting activities in the snow right in front of the hotel, visits to our educational farm … this is why we organise guided tours for the whole family, both in summer and winter, so that you can experience the magic of South Tyrol together!
