Here at the Rainer Family Resort in Sesto, guests will find themselves immersed in the beautiful natural surroundings and wilderness of the Alta Pusteria region, for an unforgettable holiday dedicated to fun and relaxation, all amid a breathtaking backdrop. Get ready for a special carefree holiday experience, where you can rediscover the beauty of the little things with your entire family.
Here, the children are guests of honour! There’s plenty of space for them to have fun both inside and outside the hotel, complete with a 60-hour weekly entertainment programme for children 1 to 14 years of age, guided excursions and afternoon adventures for the entire family, baby amenities both in the guest room and at the restaurant, and a fantastic pool at the Spa, complete with a snake-shaped slide and lots of other features.
But we haven’t forgotten about mum and dad either… in fact, while the children are having fun in complete safety with our friendly Kids Team, the adults can indulge in outdoor activities in the surrounding area, or perhaps enjoy a romantic couples’ treatment at the Dolomit Panorama Spa. A 2,000 m2 world of personal wellness that extends over two floors, complete with a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, saunas, a relaxation area, a sun deck, a beautiful garden, a Kneipp pool, and body jet showers, where guests can regenerate while enjoying the splendid view of the Sesto Dolomites.
And then there’s the food… one of our hotel’s best features! Here, guests will enjoy a combination of traditional Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine, all made with local South Tyrolean products, for an unforgettable culinary journey. For the children, we offer excellent children’s menu items, with a buffet designed just for them.
At the hotel, guests will find a fully-equipped ski shed, ski rentals, downhill and cross-country ski instructors, and a relaxation room for the ski school. With the arrival of summer, on the other hand, we offer guided Nordic walking excursions, which are even suitable for families.

Our Kids Team offers a 60-hour weekly entertainment programme for children 1 to 14 years of age, both outdoors, and in the Mini Club’s dedicated room, which includes an area dedicated to little ones, and a Teens area with a Playstation, a foosball table, and a table tennis table. |
Baby Club
For children aged 1 to 3, we provide 30 hours of childcare per week, with a particular focus on outdoor games and activities. During the summer, the children spend most of their time playing on the lawn and exploring the woods.
Childcare for toddlers is available throughout the year, from 9:30 to 12:30 in the morning, from 16:00 to 18:00 in the afternoon and from 19:30 to 21:00 in the evening. A babysitting service can also be arranged on request
Childcare for older children
From Monday to Friday, our children’s activity team welcomes children from 9:30 to 18:00 and from 19:30 to 22:00, with supervised lunch included. On Saturdays and Sundays, the service is available from 9:30 to 12:30, from 14:00 to 18:00 and from 19:30 to 22:00.
The programme features a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities developed in collaboration with experts in nature-based education. Children of all ages can enjoy a variety of experiences, many of which are also suitable for the whole family. These include guided walks with the mountaineering school, climbing courses, torchlit walks in the snow, traditional Tyrolean bread-making and alpaca outings. From 19:30 to 22:00, the playroom also hosts a varied programme of evening activities.
Our mascot Raini
Hi kids! I’m Raini! The mascot here at the Rainer Family Resort. I’m a playful little chipmunk, and I love to make new friends. What I love to do most is cuddle, and I never get tired of getting cuddles from all the kids at the hotel. But I also love the mountains! Mum says that, even as a pup, I always used to stop and gaze at them with my big blue eyes for hours. I’ll be waiting for you here at the Rainer Family Resort, where we can play together surrounded by the mountains! |  |

Our restaurant offers a combination of traditional South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine with a modern touch, all prepared by our award-winning Chef using exclusively organic products, and with particular attention to those who suffer from Celiac disease. Every day starting at 7:00 p.m. children can enjoy a large buffet of healthy dishes prepared just for them, in order to recharge their batteries before resuming activities with the entertainment staff, while mum and dad enjoy a gourmet dinner with all the trimmings, perhaps accompanied by a fine glass of wine. From Monday to Friday, supervised lunch for children is included in the half-board stay. For guests staying in the residence accommodation, the service is available for an additional charge. |
