At Minervino di Lecce, in Salento, the Color Dolmen Family Village is a real family village that combines the heart of Romagna with the soul of Salento! Here, the holiday option is 100% All Inclusive and includes: the Color Food Immersion, also with a Food Corner for snacks and an ice cream cart, aperitifs before lunch and dinner, free drinks from 10 am to midnight and cocktail time from 8 pm to midnight; then there’s the super Color entertainment 7 days a week, the beach service at our affiliated beach area, a weekly boat trip… and all the village services!
The heart of the Color Dolmen Family Village is the pool area featuring a well-equipped sun terrace, with the main pool and Acquasplash with water games, water sprays, slides and shallow water, also ideal for littler children. Our spaces are fantastic and were all designed for fun in complete safety. The signature Color play areas are one of our strong points: inflatable games area, an electric mini-car track and a big indoor playroom.
The entertainment team organises activities 7 days a week, from morning to evening, with the legendary Color entertainment divided by age group: Baby Cocoland with sensory toys for babies and toddlers from 0 to 4 years of age, Mini Cocoland for children from 4 to 10 years of age, Junior Cocoland from 11 to 14 and Teen Club for older girls and boys. Sports enthusiasts can also have plenty of fun, thanks to the numerous sports fields and courts: padel, grass tennis, mini-basketball, beach volleyball, bocce, five-a-side football and an archery area. When on holiday at the Color Dolmen Family Village, entertainment is always with you, from your first smile in the morning until bedtime, 7 days a week! We don't just offer activities here: we focus on family time, creating days filled with fun and laughter and the perfect amount of relaxation.
In the morning, it’s time to enjoy the Mini Club, Junior Club, SportGame, group dances and the ever-present Cocktail Game: moments of fun for all the family and perfect for socialising with the other guests. The Acquasplash area is one of the most popular meeting places, with water sprays, slides, water games and non-stop laughter!
The excitement carries on in the afternoon with pool games, sports tournaments and the extra-special Color events. The village sports fields become meeting places for adults and children, perfect for sharing a game, a laugh or a challenge between parents and children.
Throughout the day, the entertainment team alternates organised activities with free play time, giving children the freedom to choose, move around and socialise. The Color play areas are always full of life: inflatable games, Color Racing electric mini-car tracks, playground and soft play areas are spaces for meeting and making new friends spontaneously. The entertainment team is always present, without being intrusive, and ready to engage or leave some space, depending on the moment.
In the evening, after the Baby Dance, the Color Shows begin: shows, cabaret, musicals, game nights, dance evenings, an evening dedicated to children’s shows… and then everyone dances together under the stars, before the Goodnight Coco moment with biscuits and herbal teas.
For babies and toddlers from 0 to 4 years of age, there’s a dedicated room with a nanny service and sensory toys.
Mini Cocoland
For all children from 4 to 10 years of age: daily entertainment, with workshops, pool games and games in the Mini Cocoland room, as well as lunches with the entertainment team and evening shows.
Junior Cocoland
Fun and activities for youngsters from 11 to 14 years of age, with a specialised entertainer dedicated to this age group. We also organise a Teen Club for children from 15 to 18 years of age. The spaces are also specifically designed for older children: sports fields, Arcade Room, mini games room, Play Station 5 corner and much more!

At the Color Dolmen Family Village the cuisine is a Color Food Experience! The day begins with a rich and varied buffet breakfast: every morning, you’ll find homemade cakes, croissants, yoghurt, cereals, jams, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon and hot and cold drinks.
At lunch and dinner, we offer a rich buffet with show cooking: two first courses and two second courses of meat and fish, appetisers, vegetable side dishes, pizzeria always available and a grill corner with meat and fish cooked on the spot. We also organise a weekly Salento evening. The children can enjoy lunch with the entertainment staff, while there’s a baby food area for the littlest children, with everything you need for weaning.
Don’t miss the Food Corner, for a great snack that brings the flavours of Romagna and Salento together: filled piadina flatbreads, frise bread with fresh tomato and delicious hot dogs. From 5 pm to 6 pm, the typical authentic Romagna ice cream cart arrives!
…but that’s not all, because we organise daily aperitifs before lunch and dinner and, with the All Inclusive option, free drinks are also included from 10 pm to midnight at the hotel, as well as the evening cocktail time from 8 pm to midnight and the Goodnight Coco moment with herbal teas and biscuits.
