Risotto Biancaneve

Ingredienti
Riso Carnaroli o Vialone nano: 80 gr
Cipolla bianca, tritata: un quarto
Brodo di manzo sgrassato: 300 gr circa
Burro: un cucchiaio
Parmigiano reggiano: un cucchiaio scarso

Preparazione
Far stufare la cipolla nel burro e nell'olio.
Aggiungere il riso e farlo tostare.
Unire poco alla volta il brodo bollente.
Portare a cottura, mantecare con il burro, il parmigiano e lasciar riposare un minuto prima di servire.
