Plumcake alle olive e prosciutto cotto

Ingredienti
15 g. Prosciutto cotto
12 g. farina bianca
8 g.gruviera
4 g. ricotta
4 g. burro
3 cucchiai di parmigiano
2 olive verdi snocciolate
1/3 uovo
q.b. di lievito

Preparazione
Lavorate la ricotta e il burro con la frusta, finchè otterrete una crema omogenea e senza grumi.
Unire i tuorli e la farina, il parmigiano, il gruviera a scaglie, il sale, il lievito, il prosciutto sgrassato e tagliato a pezzetti e le olive tagliate a metà.
Versate il tutto in uno stampo da plumcake imburrato e infarinato.
Cuocete in forno a 200°C per 45 minuti, sfornate e lasciate intiepidire.
Affettate il plumcake e servitelo caldo.
