Pasta pasticciata al forno

Ingredienti
Pasta 80 gr
Burro 8 gr
Farina 10 gr
Latte 100 ml
Parmigiano un cucchiaio
Salsa di pomodoro 100 gr
Pangrattato due cucchiaini
Origano q.b.
Sale iodato q.b.

Preparazione
Far cuocere la pasta tenendola ben al dente.
Fondere il burro e mescolarvi la farina.
Cuocere per alcuni minuti ed aggiungere il latte.
Cuocere per 5 minuti o quando la besciamella sarà densa.
Mescolare la salsa di pomodoro con l'origano, la besciamella ed il parmigiano e condirci la pasta.
Passare la pasta in forno dopo averla cosparsa di pangrattato e fiocchetti di burro.
