Ingredienti: Quantità 1 bambino
Riso Carnaroli o Vialone nano 50 gr.
Scalogno, piccolo 15 gr
Brodo di manzo o vitellone, sgrassato q.b. (circa 185 ml.) q.b.
Zafferano pochi stimmi
Burro 5 gr
Parmigiano 4 gr


Preparazione:
Tritare finemente lo scalogno e farlo stufare lentamente in padella con metà burro.
Unite il riso e fate tostare.
Unite poco alla volta il brodo in cui avrete sciolto gli stimmi di zafferano.
Portate a cottura e mantecate con il parmigiano e il restante burro.
