Mozzarella gr 60
Prosciutto crudo gr 40

Preparazione
Tagliare a fette le melanzane e metterle sotto sale a scolare per almeno un'ora.
Dopo questa prima operazione asciugarle con la carta assorbente.
Adagiare su ogni fetta di melanzana una fettina di prosciutto e la mozzarella ridotta a dadini, avvolgere la fetta, fermarla con uno stecchino ed adagiarla su di una teglia da forno precedentemente unta con olio.
Passare al forno per 30-40 minuti a 180°.
