Gnocchi del Vulcano

Ingredienti
(Quantità 1 bambino):
Gnocchi gr 200;
Pomodoro maturo gr 100;
Aglio una puntina;
Basilico foglie q.b.;
Olio extravergine di oliva gr 5;
Parmigiano q.b.;
Mozzarella gr 40;
Sale iodato q.b.

Preparazione:
Fare un sugo veloce e leggero facendo bollire il pomodoro con l’aglio, sale e pochissimo olio.
Cuocere gli gnocchi al dente, metterli in pirofile singole da forno, e alternare strati di gnocchi con salsa, mozzarella vaccina tritata e parmigiano reggiano. Porre sotto al grill e servire bollenti.
