How to do chocolate ice cream at home without household appliances?
We are going to cast a spell in the kitchen .... you'll see the chocolate bar turn into ice cream!

Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate
250 ml cream,
2 eggs,
250 ml milk
a tablespoon of flour
100 g sugar
Take two bowls, put the large one in the freezer a few hours before, and use the other one to mix the ingredients.
Melt 100 g of chocolate.
Boil 250 ml of milk with a tablespoon of flour, low heat.
Add the melted chocolate to the milk and let cool.
Mix 2 egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, add the whipped egg whites with calm.
Whip 250 ml of cream and add the cream and the chocolate to the mixture.
Put the mixture in the chilled bowl and put in the freezer for a few hours.
Remember to stir the ice crystals every 30 minutes until it slides away from the spoon.
You can substitute chocolate with 400g of fruit.
