Inspired by our staff of animation and conscious being lucky, because a team so made is an exceptional case, today we want to speak about a key figure in the tourism sector: the children animator.
Charismatic and joyful, full of enthusiasm and energy, the animator offers guests (of an hotel or of a village) a rich fund of fantasy and skills.
His mission is to liven up the stay of everyone, in other words to give it verve, warmth and vivacity in order to make it memorable.
Strong interpersonal skills, a leader personality, a contagious cheerfulness and an incurable optimism characterize any animator.
A series of skills, that can be learned only on the ground and improved with the experience, form a good animator.
Active, quick and smiling 24 hours a day, the "amusement worker" has always a thousand ideas.
He knows a lot of games, is abreast of dances and hits, and if he has to do with children he has also a wide repertoire of tales and nursery rhymes.
He can sing, dance, play, improvise, he could practically be a very good showman.
Promoter of mythical theme parties, he makes unforgettable the most special occasions, like birthdays, and knows very well how to take advantage of every sunny day.
In his backpack there are always balloons, colorede pencils and blocks of paper.
He grasps better than a sociologist group dynamics and problem solving is his daily bread.
Always at ease, calm and patient, he has "Lets have fun!" as password.
Children with him never cry, or sometimes they laugh until they cry!
In full swing even at this time, boys and girls of Italy Family Hotels animation will only tonight read these few lines that want to thank them for the commitment and generosity they put in every day to make special the family holiday of our little and grown-up guests.
